Career Opportunity at UDDIPAN

In 1984 UDDIPAN started its journey towards development in a very small courtyard. Started with three branches in three valuable pockets of Bangladesh, it always craved for serving good number of people.

“To build an environmentally sound society without poverty, free of exploitation, oppression, injustice and discrimination where children, women and men live with dignity and capable to exercise their rights and will have access to and participation in the mainstream socio-economic, political and cultural processes”- keeping this vision in mind, that small courtyard has, over 30 years, stretched to cover the map of our beloved country. Now this courtyard has shifted to its  own Head Office in Dhaka. UDDIPAN covers a total of 2,435,774 beneficiaries under the 300 Branches spread over 7,465 Villages of 1,396 Unions at 206 Upazilas of 37 Districts (as on Jun 2016). At present UDDIPAN is a team of 2,981 (only for MFP) staff members; working with different programs & departments.
